




Job Summary: Responsible for assessing the condition of branches, planning and coordinating maintenance work, managing repairs and construction projects, and proposing infrastructure improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Coordinates suppliers, budgets, and monitoring of construction projects and repairs. 3. Participates in the opening of new branches and proposes improvements. Job Duties: Conduct periodic assessments of the overall condition of branches (facilities, furniture, lighting, air conditioning, etc.) Identify needs for preventive and corrective maintenance Plan and coordinate work with suppliers and various trades Request, analyze, and compare budgets Manage and monitor repairs and construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards Maintain records and control of incidents and completed work Coordinate general maintenance tasks (electrical systems, air conditioning, carpentry, etc.) Participate in the setup, adaptation, and launch of new branches Coordinate suppliers, installations, and construction progress in branch opening projects Propose infrastructure and preventive maintenance improvements. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Knowledge: Facilities, Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Budgeting, Suppliers, Repairs, Monitoring, Maintenance Supervision Driver's License: B1 Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
