Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assessing the condition of branches, identifying maintenance needs, coordinating maintenance work and suppliers, and managing repairs and new branch opening projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance of branches. 2. End-to-end management of repairs and construction projects, including new projects. 3. Interaction with suppliers and budget analysis. Job Duties: Conduct periodic assessments of the overall condition of branches (facilities, furniture, lighting, air conditioning, etc.) Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs Plan and coordinate work with suppliers and various trade unions Request, analyze, and compare budgets Manage and monitor repairs and construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards Maintain records and control of incidents and completed work Coordinate general maintenance tasks (electrical systems, air conditioning, carpentry, etc.) Participate in the setup, adaptation, and commissioning of new branches Coordinate suppliers, installations, and construction progress for new branch opening projects Propose infrastructure and preventive maintenance improvements. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Knowledge: Installations, Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Budgeting, Suppliers, Repairs, Monitoring, Maintenance Supervision Driver's License: B1 Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, conservation, maintenance
