Job Summary: Responsible for assessing the condition of branches, identifying maintenance needs, coordinating maintenance work and suppliers, and managing repairs and new branch opening projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance of branches. 2. End-to-end management of repairs and construction projects, including new projects. 3. Interaction with suppliers and budget analysis.
