It consists of a chain of stores strategically located, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery.** **Job Description** **We have an opportunity for you—we are looking for a Shift Supervisor at our Parque Patricios store.** **What challenges await you?** **Ensure the proper operation of the store during your shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with Company Processes and Policies.** * **Coordinate the team and their tasks, allocating resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity.** * **Ensure adequate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Manager regarding team performance.** * **Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store’s administrative processes.
