Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer to provide product training for the brand, represent the brand at events and stores, and develop relationships with sales points. Key Responsibilities: 1. Train and represent the brand at various sales points and events. 2. Develop excellent relationships with store owners and managers. 3. Inform the field team about new developments and promotions. We are currently looking for a Trainer to join our team and represent the brand at various sales points and events. Main Responsibilities Deliver product training for the brand to sales staff and managers at assigned locations, end customers, distributors, and/or various channels. Encourage sales staff participation in brand-organized training sessions. Act as the brand representative during store visits, events, or designated venues. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with store owners and managers. Inform the field team about company updates: promotions, product content, and special messages. Upload courses and schedules into assigned tools. Submit weekly and monthly reports on time and as required. Properly utilize materials provided by the department for conducting training sessions. Requirements Previous experience as a promoter, merchandiser, or trainer (preferred). Strong presence and excellent communication skills. Personal transportation (mandatory). Willingness to travel.
