Are you socially driven and passionate about teamwork? · At Proa, we are looking for a Fundraising Team Leader to join our project in Mendoza Capital. · Our work involves supporting various NGOs in building a base of monthly donors to sustain their long-term projects. Our primary methodology is Face to Face (F2F). · This means we deploy fundraising teams working in public spaces at strategic locations across the city. Their task is to approach passersby, explain the cause they represent, and invite them to become monthly donors to the organization. · Please note this is a highly active outdoor role, involving on-site team accompaniment throughout the workday and leadership through hands-on practice. · · Your Responsibilities: · · * Coordinate and manage street-based fundraising teams. * Ensure achievement of individual and team fundraising targets. * Identify and organize strategic locations for Face-to-Face activities. * Monitor the performance of each team member. * Support and develop fundraisers through on-site observation, feedback, and training. * Ensure adherence to agency best practices and those of represented organizations. * Supervise the quality of conversations and donations generated. * Translate project objectives into concrete action plans for the team. * Prepare monthly performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement. · · · We Offer: · · · Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift.
