Freelance modality | Preference for Mendoza At TUCON, we are a Chilean firm providing accounting, tax, and labor services, experiencing rapid growth and expanding across the region. We are now looking to bring onboard a Junior Accounting Analyst eager to learn, grow, and become part of TUCON’s expansion into Argentina. If you are interested in working 100% remotely, handling real clients, following clear processes, and collaborating within a team spanning Argentina and Chile, this opportunity is for you. What will you do? - Record and centralize purchases, sales, professional fees, taxes, and payroll. - Perform bank reconciliations (ARS, CLP, and USD). - Support Argentine tax and labor matters, focusing on current regulations and Mendoza-specific requirements. - Participate in launching TUCON’s operations in Argentina. - Collaborate with accounting and administrative professionals in Chile using digital tools and well-defined workflows. Who are we looking for? - At least 1 year of experience in accounting functions (not mandatory if you have solid practical foundations). - Qualification as an Accountant, Public Accountant, or advanced student of Auditing/Public Accounting. - Practical knowledge of: - Argentine taxation. - Labor matters (payroll calculations, social security contributions, basic regulations). - Organized, methodical, responsible, and capable of effective self-management. - Comfortable working remotely in a team with consistent communication. - Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Conditions Modality: Remote (preference for Mendoza). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs (1-hour lunch break). Contract type: Professional service agreement (payment against invoice). Start date: Immediate. Technical requirements: Personal computer. Stable internet connection. Regular use of WhatsApp and collaborative tools.
