Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and optimize the bus fleet, leading a technical team in Godoy Cruz. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize the maintenance of a bus fleet. 2. Lead, train, and empower a high-performance technical team. 3. Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. We are currently looking for a Workshop Maintenance Supervisor for an important passenger transportation company located in Godoy Cruz! Your mission is to supervise and manage maintenance and repair activities for the bus fleet, leading a workshop operations-oriented team. Your main responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance plans and routines, monitoring task assignment and execution across the team. Optimizing repair and maintenance times by minimizing vehicle downtime. Recording each intervention, finding, and repair in the diagnostic system, generating reliable data records (traceability). Managing inventory of specialized spare parts. Leading, training, and enhancing the technical team’s performance, fostering a culture of high performance, commitment, and continuous improvement. Fleet performance analysis, fuel consumption, wear-and-tear Scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans Monitoring and analyzing failures Directing and planning daily and monthly repair and maintenance tasks, continuously improving processes and supporting decision-making Requirements: Technical or university education focused on mechanical and electromechanical maintenance or related fields, with strong expertise in diesel transportation, heavy-duty mechanics, and the transportation sector in general.
