Ceta Capital Humano is currently searching for a Library Manager to join a prominent educational institution located in Mendoza. What Will Be Your Mission? To comprehensively manage the institution’s bibliographic and documentary resources, ensuring the proper functioning of both physical and digital libraries, providing support to the educational community, and guaranteeing compliance with academic and institutional standards. Main Responsibilities: Organize, classify, catalog, and preserve bibliographic and documentary materials in accordance with current technical standards Manage inventory, control, and continuous updating of both physical and digital library collections Provide assistance and guidance to students, teachers, researchers, and institutional staff Advise on the use of catalogs, academic databases, digital repositories, and scientific search tools Design and implement strategies to promote academic reading and information literacy Coordinate acquisition, selection, and renewal processes for bibliographic materials Prepare technical reports, statistics, and performance indicators related to library operations Collaborate with academic units in updating mandatory and supplementary bibliographies Ensure compliance with CONEAU-required criteria and standards Administer and supervise library management systems Comprehensively manage the E-Libro digital library platform, ensuring its proper functionality and accessibility Requirements: University or tertiary degree in Library Science, Librarianship, or related fields Experience in academic, university, or institutional libraries Knowledge of library management systems and digital platforms Proficiency in academic databases and scientific search tools Organized, proactive, and service-oriented profile Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Keywords: librarian, bibliotecario
