Work Location: Godoy Cruz, Mendoza Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Permanent We Offer: Joining a market-established company. Integration into a dynamic team The main responsibilities of this position include: Performing masonry tasks: bricklaying, plastering, screeding, partition walls, and finishing works. Carrying out interior and exterior painting work: surface preparation and paint application. Operating power tools (angle grinder, drill, saw) and hand tools safely and responsibly. Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on mall facilities and infrastructure. Proactively identifying and reporting deterioration or anomalies before they escalate. Managing efficient use of materials and supplies, and reporting replenishment needs. Complying with safety and hygiene standards, and adapting to coexistence rules specific to each area. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory) Training or experience as a qualified mason (mandatory) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, renovation, or building maintenance Proven ability to operate power and hand tools Experience in interior and exterior painting Punctuality and commitment: start time is critical due to mall operations Willingness to work collaboratively in dynamic, multi-sector environments Initiative: ability to identify issues without being prompted Prior experience in shopping malls, industrial facilities, or high-traffic areas will be valued By applying or proceeding in this process, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Law No. 326.
