Job Summary: A major retail warehouse is seeking painters, welders, and drywall installers with maintenance experience, proactive attitude, and attention to detail for challenges within the area. A major retail warehouse seeks to hire 3 positions for the maintenance department: Painter Welder Drywall Installer Education Level: Completed Secondary Education. Personal Profile: Strong willingness, proactive, ready to face challenges within the area. Professional Profile: Experience: Must highlight painting experience, including interior, exterior, and industrial work, as well as knowledge of different techniques and materials. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of selection, mixing, and application of paints, including epoxy paints, as well as proper use of tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, spray guns, etc.). Basic knowledge of electricity (not mandatory). Practical Skills: Manual dexterity, ability to work at heights, capacity to prepare surfaces, apply sealants, perform finishing work, and experience in drywall construction (Durlock construction). Attention to Detail: High level of precision, attention to work quality, and ability to identify and correct defects. Teamwork: Must be able to collaborate with other workers, follow instructions, and communicate job requirements. Safety: Knowledge of H&S regulations and proper use of PPE. Project Management: Ability to calculate material requirements and manage painting projects. Working Hours: 48 hours per week, rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays. Work References: Verifiable. Mobility: Not mandatory but must not hinder commuting to the workplace.
