A prominent winery located in Fray Luis Beltrán, Maipú, Mendoza, is seeking a Laboratory Analyst. Main job challenges: Enological knowledge: Knowledge of wine typification in wineries (racking, pump-overs, addition of enological inputs to wines, etc.). Testing: Performing routine laboratory analyses and special analyses (microbiology). Supply management: Stock control and preparation of laboratory supplies. Quality: Knowledge and application of quality standards. Tools: Proficiency in Excel. Mandatory requirements: Experience: Prior verifiable experience in similar positions within the vitivinicultural sector. Mobility: Personal transportation available (mandatory). Offered: 9-hour rotating work shifts. Rotating schedules. Salary outside collective bargaining agreement.
