A meal kit and catering establishment located in Mendoza is expanding its team and seeking a Kitchen and Operations Manager. Responsibilities: -Production coordination (meal kits and boxes) -Preparation and baking of meal kits and baked goods. -Task assignment to the team. -Quality supervision. -Operational problem resolution. -Stock control, logistics organization, and deliveries. -Order management (taking and entering orders). -Event coordination.
