Responsibilities: - Production coordination (meal-prep and boxed meals) - Preparation and baking of breads and meal-prep items. - Task assignment to team members. - Quality supervision. - Resolution of operational issues. - Stock control, logistics organization, and deliveries. - Order management (order taking and data entry). - Event coordination.
