Work Location: Godoy Cruz, Mendoza Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 16:00 hrs | Saturday, 7:00 to 11:00 hrs Employment Model: On-site Contract Type: Permanent Offered: Joining a company with a strong market track record. Integration into a dynamic team The main responsibilities of this position will be: Perform daily maintenance and care of the site's green spaces: mowing lawns, edging, and formative and sanitary pruning of shrubs and trees. Conduct weekly assessments of the condition of all green spaces and report updates to the Agronomist Engineer and Operations Manager. Operate brush cutters, chainsaws, and electric gardening tools safely and perform basic equipment maintenance. Manage irrigation systems (manual and automated), adjusting frequency according to weather conditions and soil status. Proactively identify and report anomalies, deterioration, or potential improvements in green spaces without waiting for explicit instructions. Transplanting, planting new species, and replacing plants according to the design plan and technical guidelines. Manage efficient use of supplies (fertilizers, substrates) and report replenishment needs. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in gardening (mandatory). Proven experience operating brush cutters and chainsaws (mandatory). Prior experience in aesthetically demanding environments: private neighborhoods, country clubs, shopping malls, or large-scale public spaces (highly valued). Completed secondary education (mandatory). Proactive profile: ability to observe, identify problems, and propose solutions without waiting for instructions, coordinating with the technical team. Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively within a multi-sector operation. Driver’s license not required.
