




Main requirements **What we need from you:** -------------------------- * 3\+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or Technical PM / Delivery Manager) in a software house or product company. * Proven experience owning documentation and backlog in Jira \+ Confluence in agile/scrum environments. * Obsessive attention to detail and natural pride in “pixel\-perfect” documentation. * Strong process\-thinking and a track record of introducing meaningful improvements. * Hands\-on experience with (or genuine curiosity about) AI tools for productivity and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Notion AI, etc.). * Very good English (daily written and spoken communication with international clients). We appreciate if you have: – Any previous experience in healthcare, digital health or medical\-device projects. – Familiarity with regulated environments and standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU MDR. – Experience supporting SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) documentation and traceability – if you have it, you will immediately become one of our top candidates! **Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around:** * Keep all project documentation (Jira, Confluence, backlog, user stories, requirements, design docs, risk files) perfectly structured, consistent and always up\-to\-date. * Work closely with the Senior Product Owner on backlog refinement and turning business needs into clear, well\-written requirements. * Monitor progress, risks and dependencies; keep the team and stakeholders aligned with timelines and goals. * Actively look for ways to improve processes and increase delivery speed. * Experiment with and implement AI\-powered tools to automate repetitive documentation and reporting tasks. * (Optional) Support budget tracking and delivery reporting when needed. * Growth system Our promotion system is based on competence trees and evaluation of your performance.
