Position Summary: We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to manage and administer technical information, ensuring data quality and availability, and developing analytical tools to support decision-making. Design monitoring and control dashboards using data visualization tools. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We are currently seeking a **Master Data Analyst** to join our Reliability team, contributing to the management and administration of mechanical integrity technical information, ensuring data quality, traceability, and availability within corporate systems SAP and APM, as well as developing indicators, management dashboards, and analytical tools to facilitate decision-making. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** -------------------------- Ensure the integrity and reliability of technical information associated with equipment, facilities, and inspection circuits, supporting process digitalization, asset management, and development of data analytics solutions to optimize mechanical integrity and facility reliability management. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** ----------------------------------------- * Manage and keep technical information up to date in SAP and APM systems. * Administer the loading, modification, and updating of isometrics, inspection circuits, and thickness measurement locations (TMLs) in integrity management systems. * Generate and administer dataloaders for creation, modification, and updating of equipment, lines, and facilities. * Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of assets and functional locations within the SAP structure. * Administer cataloging and updating of spare parts linked to industrial assets. * Load and manage thickness measurements for lines and equipment for analysis and monitoring. * Develop queries, algorithms, and data exploitation tools in APM according to operational and business needs. * Prepare management indicators (KPIs) and strategic reports related to mechanical integrity and reliability. * Design and develop monitoring and control dashboards using data analytics and visualization tools. * Provide technical support to the Reliability Management team for information management and analysis. * Interact with Area Inspectors, Integrity Engineers, and Corrosion Engineers to track alerts and evaluate measurement points. * Participate in digitalization initiatives, continuous improvement, and process optimization related to asset and integrity management. * Maintain ongoing collaboration with Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, and Plant Shutdown departments to ensure accurate updating of technical information. * Comply with and promote applicable Safety, Hygiene, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards for operations. **What Do We Value?** ------------------- * Analytical capability and orientation toward handling large volumes of information. * Profile oriented toward continuous improvement and digital transformation. * Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. * Ability to work interdisciplinarily with multiple technical and operational areas. * Proactivity and autonomy to identify optimization opportunities. * Organization and judgment to manage sensitive and mission-critical business information. * Responsibility, commitment, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities. ### **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, or related fields. * Candidates with experience in asset management, reliability, mechanical integrity, or industrial process digital transformation will be highly valued. ### **Required Knowledge** * SAP and APM (Asset Performance Management) systems. * Master data management and asset structures. * Databases and Microsoft 365 tools. * Power BI and data visualization tools. * Development of management indicators (KPIs) and control dashboards. * Big Data and information analytics. * AutoCAD. * Interpretation of P&IDs, isometrics, and design specifications. * Industrial asset management and mechanical integrity. * Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection techniques (desirable). * Digitalization and information automation processes. **Position Information** -------------------------- **Work Location:** Luján de Cuyo Refinery. **Work Modality:** 4x1.
