




Opportunity Details On Assignment **Associate, Business Operations \- Argentina** Remote \- Argentina Job Summary * The Associate, Business Operations will provide operational service and support to lines with BVSM, such as Contracting \& Financial Operations, Sourcing Risk \& Compliance, etc. * This role is expected to proactively work with the Vendor Finance Operations Lead, stakeholders and line managers in BVSM. Job Responsibilities * Work on MAPP/FCPA requests on a daily basis and ensure all requests are processed within required timelines. Review and support FCPA related documentation consolidation in preparation of the automation/semi\-automation of general processes. * Participate in Investigator Payments solution in the support of clinical site payments of Sponsor to ensure that the processes and standards of site configurations are met within required timelines. * Support contracting activities for fully executed contracts and assistance processing the contracts (e.g. filing to PTMF, publishing in AOD, distributing, and communication). * Deliver aggregated data, reports, metrics, analytics and/or visualizations in support of business requirements, following established methodologies and processes. * Subject Matter Expert for the contract administration process for assigned BVSM Team: * Adds new suppliers to Ariba/SAP system, as required * Facilitates contract execution/signature process * Supports Ariba (ACW) and ENGAGE maintenance and administration * Uploads PDF copy of fully executed contracts to Sponsor Trial Master File (PTMF). * Processes Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and provides guidance to stakeholders on LOA requirements * Facilitates the Subcontractor Approval Process. * Provides contract retrieval and redaction support during Corporate Audits and Regulatory Inspections. * Participates in special projects and/or initiatives to help achieve business objectives. Ensures compliances with BVSM Compliance \& Business requirements. Works with team to drive the creation and implementation of best practices. * Actively supports Sponsor’s culture. Qualifications * BS/BA from an accredited college or university * 0\+ years' experience working in a in a related discipline. * Excellent oral/written communication skills * Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) is required. * Experience with contract management tools is desired. * General knowledge of clinical trials and drug development is desired * Knowledge and experience in negotiating and contracting with service providers is desired
