Technology \& Automation Oversight Design and review workflow architectures (n8n or similar), ensuring optimal automation logic, efficiency, and scalability. **Guide implementation of AI across multiple domains:** Voice AI (conversational agents, call automation) CRM automations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.com) Business operations automations (invoicing, reporting, HR, scheduling, marketing workflows) Identify opportunities to streamline processes and integrate AI to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. CRM \& System Integration Oversee integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.com, and other platforms. Ensure data integrity, cross\-platform sync, and alignment with business workflows. Quality Assurance Establish testing protocols for AI agents, automation workflows, and cross\-platform integrations. Monitor performance and continuously optimize for speed, accuracy, and reliability. Technical Documentation Produce workflow diagrams, integration playbooks, and technical specifications. Maintain a knowledge base of automations and best practices. Cross\-Functional Coordination Act as the bridge between AI engineers, developers, operations, and business stakeholders.
