





For a renowned restaurant, we are seeking to hire a Shift Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in gastronomic management positions. We will value proactive profiles with a strong focus on quality and customer service. The candidate must have team management skills, effective communication, cost control, inventory management, process and service standards management, and a results-oriented approach. Requirements: Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (desirable). Good command of Microsoft Office suite. Key responsibilities include: + Ensure quality and excellence in customer service. + Monitor compliance with policies and procedures. + Maximize resource efficiency to reduce costs. + Design and implement sales and promotional strategies to increase revenue. + Coordinate and supervise shift leaders and heads of kitchen, dining room, and cleaning staff. + Select, train, evaluate, and motivate personnel. + Implement and oversee training programs and team meetings. + Conduct team meetings to inform staff about all services and menus, assign tasks, motivate employees, and ensure a collaborative work environment. + Manage stock, inventories, suppliers, storage, and product rotation, ensuring quality and expiration date control. + Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all areas. Work location: City of Mendoza Schedule: Full-time with rotating shifts (6 days off per month)
