




Our client is an important company in workwear and occupational safety currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead its commercial team and support the company's growth. Main responsibilities: + Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company direction. + Lead and motivate sales teams, setting clear objectives and measuring performance. + Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction. + Analyze sales metrics, create forecasts, and generate management reports. + Manage the sales department budget and negotiate with suppliers. + Coordinate activities with marketing and finance departments. Job requirements: + Completed university or tertiary education. + 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory). + Advanced knowledge of CRM, ERP (SAP), and Office suite. + Experience in B2B negotiation with industrial clients. + Own transportation and availability to travel (5 days per month). + Excellent professional references. Position conditions: + Work mode: 100% on-site – Mendoza. + Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 18:00. + Travel: Monthly trips required to Neuquén and Buenos Aires.
