That’s why we’re looking to bring on board a Portfolio Specialist—a strategic role tasked with analyzing the behavior of our affiliates, identifying and characterizing customer clusters, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive key decisions across Loyalty, Product, Pricing, and Commercial areas. Interpret client portfolio behavior by segment, combining quantitative tools, data modeling, and actuarial expertise to improve profitability, strategic segmentation, and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities of the role: Build and maintain profitability models by segment, sales channel, and product type. Design and analyze key portfolio indicators (KPIs, LTV, churn, retention, etc.). Apply clustering techniques and multivariate analysis to uncover behavioral patterns within the affiliate portfolio (service utilization, claims frequency, membership duration, re-enrollments, etc.). Propose tailored strategies for each cluster, collaborating with Pricing, Loyalty, Product, and Commercial teams. Implement predictive or classification models (e.g., cancellation, claims, expected profitability). Participate in designing and monitoring strategic portfolio initiatives, providing quantitative evidence. Document and communicate findings clearly and actionably. Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by the Head of Portfolio. **Expected Outputs:** Affiliate cluster map with behavioral insights. Updated profitability models and reports by segment and channel. Strategic segmentations with concrete action proposals. Inputs for product briefs, loyalty strategies, or pricing strategies. Technical documentation of models and segmentations. Requirements **Education:** Actuary (graduated or nearing graduation), Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields with a strong quantitative foundation. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or actuarial analysis.
