We are seeking a **Senior Project Analyst** to join the **Operations Management** team, within the **Security Business Unit**. **Main purpose of the position:** Ensure the proper development and execution of area projects, actively participating from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. We seek a candidate with an integral vision and the ability to intervene transversally across various business processes, providing methodological support to Procurement, Projects and Operations departments. **Your main challenges will be:** * Identify requirements for construction sites and projects. * Interact with various internal departments and clients to develop technical and operational solutions. * Prepare deliverables, define resources and estimate execution timelines. * Collaborate in project planning, monitoring and control. * Identify risks and implement preventive actions. * Ensure communication and coordination with all stakeholders. .**Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in project management. * Knowledge of industrial security projects (CCTV, access control, alarms, fire detection) — *not mandatory*. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, **Project**, **Office suite**, **project management tools**, and **CAD systems** (*mandatory*). * Knowledge of **cost analysis**, budget management, interpretation of technical specifications and civil, electrical and electronic security blueprints. * Experience with **agile methodologies**. * Valid driver’s license (*mandatory*) and availability for travel (*occasional*) **Employment modality:** Hybrid model (4x1), Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.
