




**Position Summary:** As a Logistics Traffic Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of logistics requirements for a multi-site area within the region. You will be accountable for deploying and executing site-specific logistics strategies, as well as maintaining an effective working relationship with key logistics providers to maximize Flowserve's logistics capabilities and enhance customer experience from order to delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Identify productivity improvements that contribute to higher operational and financial performance, as well as service enhancements. * Analyze large datasets to assess logistics system performance across sites. * Implement processes and procedures in alignment with the global logistics vision and strategy to achieve desired performance levels. * Ensure compliance with global logistics policies and procedures, as well as promote and provide training on these policies. * Evaluate and communicate site operational and financial performance, including variance analysis, root cause/countermeasure analysis, performance versus revenue, and service levels. * Prepare and facilitate monthly business reviews displaying expenses, savings, lost opportunity costs, and updates on site performance. * Oversee all transportation services and modes, both international and domestic, to assist sites in meeting logistics expectations using the Logistics Data Repository and ERPs. * Conduct training as needed on all logistics requirements: project management, process improvement, negotiation, sourcing, metric reporting, Incoterms, "lost benefit," and performance versus revenue. * Participate in sourcing events affecting their site(s)/region from needs analysis through supplier onboarding (data collection, RFQ preparation, RFQ analysis, selection, implementation). * Manage the escalation process to resolve logistics issues impacting site performance. * Ensure continuous improvement related to key logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Meet annual cost reduction goals. * Work with site logistics teams to reduce lost opportunity costs by utilizing Flowserve's Approved Vendor List (AVL), ensuring route guides are followed and updated as necessary. * Ensure any savings are managed and reported accurately and timely. * Demonstrate a business-minded approach, contributing effort and ideas to the global supply chain team and supporting the growth of global supply chain maturity. * Develop a strong collaborative relationship between global logistics and site supply chain teams to improve logistics knowledge and efficiency across the enterprise. * Manage service and on-time delivery performance of carriers and logistics providers within their assigned region. * Maintain an updated list of site organizational contacts, including logistics, supply chain, and finance. * Establish credibility and ensure effective and efficient logistics solutions. * Other assigned tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience in transportation logistics or order processing within a globally operating company. * Strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of Incoterms and customs regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Advanced English language skills. * Project management and implementation skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Customer-focused and proactive attitude. * Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. * Ability to analyze and create meaningful, concise reports on critical data. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment. * High levels of energy and performance. * Familiarity with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba. * Ability to analyze data using business intelligence (BI) applications. * Strong analytical skills. * Solid organizational, communication, and process definition capabilities. * Ability to independently carry out responsibilities and obligations. * Willingness to travel. * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
