At MRM BA a **Project Manager** is responsible for activating and supervising production and equipment on a day\-to\-day basis. **Main tasks*** Schedule project meetings. * Conduct asset quality reviews before passing it on to teams * Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline\-driven environment * Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans * Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, vendors and internal teams * Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing * Coordinate asset deliveries with external and internal teams * Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration **Required skills*** Problem solver and decisive with the willingness to collaborate, persuade and deal * Excellent communication skills * Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments * Able to time manage and prioritize * Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver an overall solution **Required experience*** 6 months to 1 year experience in project management or service management within a professional services company * Advanced English level (oral and written) * MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred * Familiarity with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred **Some of our benefits are*** Remote working (we go to the office twice a month) * First level medical coverage for you and your direct family group. * Institutes and shops discounts. * Free access to education platform (Docebo). * Free days off per year and birthday day. * English classes in Company.
