Graphic Designer for E-learning Job Summary We are seeking a creative and methodical Graphic Designer to join our e-learning training project development team. The professional will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual resources for educational simulation experiences. Main Responsibilities Design interfaces, backgrounds, and graphic elements for educational simulation experiences. Produce and deliver standalone and organized visual resources via Google Drive, ensuring correct formats for subsequent integration. Efficiently utilize generative AI tools to optimize the creation of supporting graphic resources. Collaborate closely with the design team to align graphics with educational objectives. Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or related roles. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop. General and verifiable experience with generative AI (crafting effective prompts, sensible credit usage, and integration into workflow). Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote collaborative tools (Drive, communication tools). Appropriate equipment and internet connection to ensure optimal performance in a 100% remote work arrangement. Desirable Requirements Interest and willingness to learn about authoring tool-based educational experience development, as part of our organizational development plan. Prior experience designing interfaces or graphic resources for e-learning platforms, self-instructional courses, or simulators.
