Job Profile: Mechanical Turner (Road Machinery) Position Title: Mechanical Turner (Road Machinery Maintenance) Department: Maintenance Workshop / Repair Area Reports to: Workshop Manager / Maintenance Supervisor Job Mission Perform maintenance, fabrication, and repair of mechanical parts and components to ensure proper operation and extend the service life of the road machinery fleet, minimizing downtime. Main Responsibilities + Fabrication and recovery of parts: o Interpret technical drawings to fabricate spare parts or unique components with precise tolerances. o Recover shafts, bolts, bushings, housings, and other worn parts through turning for reuse. o Machine and adjust new or existing parts to ensure perfect assembly in equipment.
