**Job Details** ------------------------- The position reports to Management and will have the following responsibilities: Lead the management of operations in the various maintenance workshops (fleet solutions and fleet image). Optimize processes, guarantee service quality, and ensure compliance with company objectives. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the vehicle fleet, ensuring their optimal condition. Control maintenance costs and seek optimization opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, providing high-quality service and efficiently resolving any issues. Identify improvement opportunities in workshop processes and procedures. Requirements are: Proven experience in automotive workshop management, preferably in a fleet environment. Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics, painting, and tires. We are looking for mechanical engineers (not exclusive). Leadership and team management skills. Results-oriented and focused on service quality.
