**Detalles de la oferta** ------------------------- Senior Controller Specialized Controlling \- CloudWhat we offerCloud Success Services is a newly created business unit combining the former Services and CE\&X organizations to drive customer adoption, sell and deliver enhanced premium service offerings, and secure cloud renewals. We, North America Cloud Success Services Controlling, partner closely with the CSS North America Leadership team, Market Unit and LoB Leaders, as well as Sales and Delivery organizations to achieve optimal financial performance and predictability across all units within CSS North America.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSBusiness Partner to the Senior CSS North America Leadership TeamLead and consolidate forecast activities from multiple sources within CSS, including planning and consolidation of Services Bookings, Services Revenue, Headcount, P\&L costs, and Cloud Renewal Rates.Act as liaison between all CSS Controlling functions and stakeholders (Global CSS Controlling, NA BAC Controlling, etc. )Participate actively in monthly and quarter\-end close cycles, forecasts, and budgetsEnhance current controlling models and processes with innovative ideasPrepare ad hoc analyses and contribute to financial projectsLead end\-to\-end budget activities, including planning, execution, modeling, and Market Unit assignmentsPrepare benchmarks and analyses to improve operational efficiency and resource utilizationAnalyze and consolidate financial performances related to Cloud Renewals, Cloud Backlog, and Deployed ACV across Market Units and LoBsUtilize MS Office, BWP, ISP, CRM, and backlog tools effectivelyDemonstrate advanced Excel and analytics skillsCollaborate effectively as a team playerWORK EXPERIENCEMinimum 3\-5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling functionsStrong financial acumenExperience with budgeting and forecast processesAttention to detail and fact\-based analysisProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong process management and problem\-solving abilitiesExperience with IT systems such as Analytics, ERP CO/FI, SAP NetWeaver BWExperience in Service business is advantageousWe are SAPOur inclusion promiseSAP promotes inclusion, well\-being, and flexible working to ensure everyone feels valued and can perform at their best.
