The professional will be responsible for leading the technical and financial management of hydraulic projects, ensuring design quality and strengthening relationships with strategic clients in the mining sector. The role combines technical leadership, development of advanced hydraulic engineering, and participation in generating business opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Manage hydraulic engineering projects technically and financially, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality of deliverables. * Define hydraulic design criteria and supervise the development of technical solutions for surface water management in mining projects. * Review and approve technical deliverables prior to submission to clients, ensuring quality standards and technical consistency. * Design hydraulic structures such as channels, drainage systems, discharge structures, intakes, sedimentation basins, and control works. * Develop water balances and conceptualize water management systems. * Perform hydrological and hydraulic modeling and analyze results. * Participate in preparing technical and commercial proposals for consulting services. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic clients in the mining sector. * Identify business opportunities and participate in developing the portfolio of hydraulic projects. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in project development. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in hydraulic engineering projects, preferably in mining. * Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of civil hydraulic structure design, hydrological and hydraulic modeling, and analysis of hydraulic phenomena. * Experience integrating with geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental disciplines. * Experience drafting specialized technical reports. * Proficiency in GoldSim software is desirable. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a leading multinational company with high quality standards and strong growth potential. * Involvement in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * A collaborative and inclusive work environment. **Qualifications** ------------------ \#LI\-GV1 \#Argentina **Primary Location** -------------------- : AR\-M\-Mendoza**Other Locations** ------------------- : CO\-CU\-Bogotá D.C., Peru, AR\-Buenos Aires**Schedule** ------------ : Full\-time**Employee Status** ------------------- : Regular Experience (Minimum Yrs.): 4**Job Posting** --------------- : Aug 27, 2026, 10:45:05 AM
