Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Support Technician for equipment diagnosis and repair, software installation, and preventive/corrective maintenance, with frequent travel to clients. On-site preventive and corrective equipment maintenance A technology and software development company is hiring a Field Support Technician based in Córdoba. This is a part-time position involving frequent travel to client sites to provide on-site technical support. Our clients are primarily in the agricultural and call center sectors. Responsibilities: Diagnosis and repair of desktop and laptop computers (hardware and software) Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems Installation of software, antivirus, and productivity tools On-site preventive and corrective equipment maintenance Replacement of components: RAM, hard drives, power supplies, displays Basic network and connectivity configuration On-site support to end users at their facilities Recording and documentation of technical interventions Frequent travel to clients. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school 1 year of experience Knowledge: Hardware, Linux, Hardware maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Repairs, Support, Technical support, Technology, Field work, Windows, Diagnostics Driver's license: B2 Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnología, technologist, assistance, support, support, field, territory
