




Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in commercial customer service for major clients to manage technical, commercial, legal, and tariff-related advisory services in the electric sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive advisory services to major clients in the electric sector 2. Management of new power supplies and power capacity modifications 3. Energy balance analysis and cost optimization For a leading electricity distribution company, we are looking for an Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineer or a graduate of a related field, with at least 3 years of verifiable experience in commercial customer service for major clients in the electric sector. The primary objective of this position is to comprehensively manage major client service, providing technical, commercial, legal, and tariff-related advisory services, and administering processes related to new power supplies and power capacity increases. Ensure efficient management of energy procurement and contracts in the Electricity Market, including monitoring of energy balances, tariff analysis, and associated technical documentation, guaranteeing high-quality after-sales service and compliance with current regulations. Main responsibilities include: - Providing comprehensive advisory services to major clients regarding billing, tariff structures, subsidies, contracting, and technical aspects of the electric service. - Managing and tracking files related to new power supplies and power capacity modifications. - Analyzing and applying current regulations and resolutions from the Electricity Market, participating in energy procurement processes. - Processing and analyzing technical information from Purchase Nodes, including interpretation of single-line diagrams of the electric system. - Preparing and evaluating energy balances to monitor consumption, deviations, and cost optimization. Candidates with effective communication skills, interpersonal relationship management, proactivity, customer orientation, teamwork, and stress tolerance will be preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
