Position: Long\-form Video Editor Commitment: Full\-Time Location: Remote **Responsibilities** * Editing raw footage to final edit ready to upload * Implementing feedback given by team \& client and completing revisions quickly * Communicating with our team daily **Expected Results** * 2 fully edited YouTube videos per week to this standard: * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=rk\_pO\-VEFbw * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=\_tON8MpkmS0 * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=huariiK4\_us * Videos are turned around from raw footage to ready to upload edit in 2\-4 days, including all necessary revisions in between **Non\-negotiable requirements** * A portfolio that matches the quality of videos linked above **(if you do not have this you won’t be accepted).** * You need to do a paid project before we bring you on full\-time. * Fluent in English. * Must use Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve \+ AE * **You don't let mistakes slip through. Period.** Your eye for detail needs to be sharp enough that errors don't make it past you. * **When we send revisions, you nail them the first time.** If we tell you to change something, that change gets done correctly. If you're not 100% sure how to do it, you ask, don't guess. * **You're fast and you're committed.** This is full\-time. When revisions come in, you're on them immediately. * **Communication is tight.** You respond quickly, you ask questions when you need to, and we can rely on you to keep things moving. **Availability** * This is a full\-time role.
