Could you be the one to make a difference? **Description** * Knowledge of Withholding Taxes / Fiscal Laws * Knowledge of Chart of Account (GL classification \- Service and Goods) * Knowledge to prepare Accruals * Experience with Accounting Closing Month End * Knowledge of PeopleSoft (Oracle) is preferred * Excel Intermediate (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Graphics, etc.) * Advanced English (Writing and Speaking) * Collaboration and teamwork * Report directly to Brazil Finance Coordinator * Graduate in Accounting, Administration or Economics * 2 years of experience in Finance **Activities** * Code invoices into the system with the correct GL account, Taxes and WHT and send to approvers * Ensure all invoices are coded and paid in a timely manner * Fix the WHT for all vouchers are ready to pay * Prepare the accrual file regarding Latam Countries * Understand the taxation of Latam Countries * SharePoint management, save all invoices received * Common email inbox management * Interact with our external accounting firm
