If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.* **What does a** **Retoucher** **do at Hogarth?** A Retoucher executes creative tasks primarily working in Photoshop. These responsibilities include establishing the look and feel and delivering final assets. The role is a hands on role executing excellent craft to deliver highly detailed retouching projects. Talent must have extensive experience retouching both product as well as people/human content. Product tasks include Auto, CPG, and beauty content. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The primary final assets delivered by the Photo artists include: retouched photos incorporating client's products, values, and experiences. These deliverables are used for composing interactive, motion graphics, and print layouts. **Key responsibilities:** * Filter and distill relevant information from Creatives and Project Lead * Executive best practices for managing files, folders, and naming conventions * Complete all retouching projects in efficient delivery time * Exercise strong written and verbal communication in English with the ability to receive direction, ask questions and communicate troubleshooting in English. * Collaborate with multiple cross\-functional and cross\-organizational teams. * Provide technical support and set quality assurance expectations for photo production * Respond flexibly and confidently to changes in process and priorities. Collaborate with and support the other leads and management on team\-wide initiatives. * Adhere and work within client brand guidelines * Incorporate feedback and changes in tight turn arounds **Requirements:** * BA or BFA in Graphic Design, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a graphics production/retouching related field * Must have a high level of expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator * Excellent knowledge of digital file management and server navigation * Adaptable, focused and efficient * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Advanced Written and Oral English skills * Strong retouching portfolio with examples of complex executions \#LI\-Hybrid \# **Our Hogarth Values:** **Hands on** No egos here.
