




Retiro Area, Buenos Aires, Argentina Human Resources Job Type: Full Time Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities * Accurately process employee payroll in accordance with the payroll schedule, local regulations, and current collective bargaining agreements. * Prepare reports, calculate, and process social security contributions (F931), tax withholdings, and income tax (ganancias). * Prepare union pay slips. * Keep our payroll system (Bejerman) up to date. * Generate payroll and accrual journal entries. * Manage the digital payroll book at AFIP. * Ensure timely maintenance of payroll-related financial reports. * Knowledge of ART (Workers’ Risk Insurance), including reimbursements, Ministry requirements, and related forms. * Stay updated on labor law changes and provide related advisory support. * Prepare departmental reports. * Perform any other payroll-related tasks as requested by management. Requirements * Advanced student or graduate in Economics or related fields. * 3+ years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies. * Proficiency in Bejerman – mandatory. * Experience calculating Income Tax (ganancias) – mandatory. * Experience processing payroll under URGARA (CCT 406/05) and Petro (CCT 744/16) collective agreements – mandatory. * Experience processing payroll under the Laboratory collective agreement (CCT 449/06) – mandatory. * Proficiency in Excel – mandatory. * Organized and proactive
