Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Responsible for performing and assisting in repairs across the general product line. Gains knowledge of Caterpillar, IR, or similar machinery to undertake more complex tasks in the future. Performs lower-complexity tasks independently and participates in removal and installation of major components under direct supervision. Guides assistants in assigned tasks when required. Required Experience and Knowledge: * Professional technician graduate from an institute or university, with specialization in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Demonstrated satisfactory proficiency in the duties of a Level B Mechanic. * Team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and collaborative attitude toward peers. Commitment to and respect for safety regulations and environmental protection. * Full-time availability. * Relevant education and at least one year of experience in large-scale industries.
