#### **SAP FI and Asset Accounting Specialist (Ref. 130502)** **Project Overview** Join the strategic team of a leading energy company in Argentina! We are seeking an SAP FI (Finance) and Asset Accounting Specialist to join our client’s internal team. Your primary role will be to act as a quality assurance lead and subject-matter expert during a critical SAP R3 to S/4HANA upgrade and data migration project scheduled for 2026. This client-side team is essential to ensuring the vendor executes the project in compliance with SAP’s and the company’s defined best practices. The position requires a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at the Puerto Madero offices in Buenos Aires. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure the service provider adheres to SAP’s and the client’s defined best practices throughout the S/4HANA upgrade project. * Serve as a functional and technical expert in the SAP FI (Finance) and Asset Accounting (AA) modules, reporting directly to YPF’s internal team. * Guarantee the quality and alignment of data migration processes—particularly those related to Finance and Asset Accounting—from SAP R3 to S/4HANA. * Collaborate in defining and reviewing the architectures and solutions proposed by the vendor within your area of expertise. * Ensure consistent, high-quality reporting on project progress and risks to internal stakeholders. * Participate in planning tasks outside standard working hours when necessary for project continuity or milestone achievement (subject to prior planning). **Required Qualifications and Skills** * Proven, advanced experience as an SAP FI Consultant or Specialist. * Experience or in-depth knowledge of the Asset Accounting module (SAP AA). * Experience or solid knowledge of S/4HANA upgrade and/or data migration projects. * Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a team directly coordinated by the client (Client Side). * Residency in CABA or GBA (candidates from other provinces are not eligible). * Mandatory Skills: FI and Asset Accounting modules. **Preferred Skills** * High level of proactivity and ability to work autonomously. * Excellent reporting and status communication skills. * Ability to build strong, effective relationships and collaboration with both the client and the vendor. **Project Environment and Benefits** * Work Mode: Hybrid.
