At **Energy Field Services**, we are seeking an **Engineer** to serve as a **Senior Quality Analyst**, who will be responsible for contributing to and complementing Tecpetrol’s **Quality Management System (QMS)** by conducting diagnostics, designing the quality organization, its processes, and tools. The candidate will serve as the operational reference for reviewing processes covered by the QMS, disseminating tools through training, and providing support in lessons-learned management, change management, incident investigation, nonconformities, document management, and leadership in audits. Requirements: * Minimum 6 years of experience in similar quality roles within Oil & Gas companies. * Certifications in Quality Management Systems. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related fields. * Availability to work on operations.
