Job Description: At **StaffRock IT**, a company specializing in Staff Augmentation services and the search and selection of technology professionals, we are currently seeking a ***Senior .NET Developer*** to join the team of a renowned banking institution. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in this role, outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and the capacity to resolve conflicts. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical backend applications using .NET Core 8 or later, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. * Actively participate in functional and technical analysis of requirements related to banking processes (operations, customers, financial products, internal integrations). * Develop and maintain solutions that interact with relational databases, primarily SQL Server. * Develop and maintain APIs and services for internal and external integrations, adhering to security standards and industry best practices in the financial sector. * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards specific to the banking industry (auditing, traceability, logging, change control). * Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality according to corporate standards. * Document technical and functional developments with an emphasis on traceability and auditing. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Functional Analysts, QA, Security, Infrastructure). * Contribute continuously to improving the robustness, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. **Required Skills and Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET Core 8 or later. * Experience developing on SQL databases, preferably SQL Server. * Strong functional analytical and communication skills. **What We Offer** * 12-month contract with potential renewal under contractor arrangement. * Connectivity reimbursement. * Excellent work environment. * AWS certifications. * Full-time remote work.
