Ideally in Sales Operations \& Sales Effectiveness areas. ✔**IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES SOME OF THESE REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in defining and executing Go\-To\-Market and Route\-to\-Market strategies in B2B and B2C environments. * Experience analyzing sales process performance from lead management and sales pipeline tracking through to conversion. * Support in commercial planning. Strategy and management of key accounts and sales channels and partners. Management of sales force and channel incentives and compensation. Handling of sales analytics and key commercial KPIs. * Support in client needs assessment sessions and results presentation. * Client interaction during working sessions, support with agendas and deliverables, proposing best practices and advising on each aspect according to the project scope. * Knowledge of sales and quotation processes across the entire customer lifecycle, from product configuration, pricing, contract management, to sales conversion and order management. Price analysis and approval processes. * Support in designing and implementing commercial processes and identifying transformation gaps to propose digital technologies that can help clients achieve sustainable growth with agility and scale. * Team coaching \& counselling. Stakeholder management. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Master's degree or other postgraduate studies, as well as additional certifications. * Profile with strong problem-solving skills, good data handling, knowledge of Design Thinking, and experience with agile methodologies and project management. * Experience in consulting and/or sales transformation projects across various industries. * Interest in working with digital platforms, from design to configuration and implementation. * Proficiency in Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., and data modeling. * Knowledge in process design and automation. * Mapping of commercial capabilities enabled by digital commerce technologies such as CRM (Salesforce Cloud and/or Salesforce Communities and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales), Sales Automation, CPQ, Incentive Compensation Management, Data Visualization, and others.
