Job Summary: Supports continuous improvement initiatives, operational process optimization, and technological tool development within operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Interest in process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation. **Job Purpose and Impact** ----------------------------------- The Continuous Improvement area within Operations focuses on process optimization, technological tool implementation, and initiative development to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality in operations. It works cross-functionally with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and generate business value. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Responsibilities may include some of the following (not necessarily all, depending on the specific department and assigned role): * Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational process optimization. * Participate in the development and implementation of technological tools (Power BI, automations, etc.). * Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for initiative tracking. * Collaborate with operational teams in implementing improvements. * Support projects related to efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to undertake the internship. * Interest in process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation. * Analytical skills and critical thinking. * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI or other tools preferred). * Intermediate English (preferred). \#LI\_RA1
