Position Summary: We are seeking an Internal Auditor for a leading winery in Mendoza, responsible for enhancing and protecting the organization’s value through risk-based assurance and advisory services. Professional development within a leading winery Our client is a leading winery in Mendoza that has entrusted us with the search for an Internal Auditor. We are targeting Accountants with at least 3 years of experience in financial, accounting, and operational audits. Position Mission: Enhance and protect the organization’s value by providing risk-based assurance, advisory services, and analysis to enable the organization to achieve its objectives. Key Responsibilities: . Verify compliance with Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures within the company . Conduct Financial–Accounting, Operational, and Management Audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan approved by the Board of Directors . Propose improvements for each audited process to ensure the organization maintains risk levels within ranges acceptable under the Risk Management Policy . Follow up on findings identified in each audit and on the implementation of action plans proposed by each Management area, coordinating with process owners to ensure timely and appropriate implementation . Coordinate with Risk Management/Internal Control and Compliance departments on matters requiring their intervention and necessary to fulfill the Internal Audit Department’s mission . Establish periodic reviews of the Internal Audit Department’s management indicators . Interact with all company departments, promoting and fostering awareness of the need for control activities to mitigate risks to which the Company is exposed We value individuals with planning capability, results orientation, influence, communication skills, objectivity/impartiality, and excellent interpersonal relationships. Requirements for the Position: . Certified Public Accountant . 3 years of experience in similar positions . Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP (desirable) . Willingness to travel .
