For our Management Consulting team, we are seeking Managers and Consultants to work on Finance Consulting projects. **CFO \& Enterprise Value** (CFO\&EV) professionals participate in transformation programs, including business process reengineering, assessment and design of operating models, cost reduction initiatives, as well as the design and implementation of shared service centers. As a **member of CFO\&EV**, you will support clients with expertise in financial operations and performance management to help them achieve high performance in their organizational functions. **Job Qualifications** As a team member, you will participate in projects related to: * Analysis of maturity, design, and implementation of operational models for Administration and Finance areas * Feasibility analysis and implementation of shared service centers * Cost analysis and identification of optimization opportunities * Design and implementation of process improvements in Accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable, taxes, and treasury, among others * Designing future organization processes and capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs * Functional support with a business perspective in automation projects (RPA, AI) * Development of business cases for proposed transformations * Identification of business metrics and tracking of value realization * Generation of reports and management analysis **Responsibilities include:** * Developing detailed project work plans and managing team activities, ensuring quality deliverables for our clients * Guiding the team through defining and identifying transformation opportunities using problem-solving principles, past experiences, and consulting methodologies * Analyzing and interpreting data to identify value creation opportunities for clients * Planning and managing team efforts to execute projects within agreed timelines * Monitoring the achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are met, and helping adjust programs when necessary * Preparing required project analysis documents * Interdisciplinary collaboration to generate client value with a 360-degree view * Contributing to the career development of CFO\&EV team members * Organizing and delivering training sessions to develop the CFO\&EV team **Requirements for the position** * University degree/Master in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment * Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills * Advanced level of English (mandatory) * Willingness to travel * Consultant: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting (desirable) * Consultant: Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Administration and Finance process activities * Manager: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting (desirable) * Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience executing Administration and Finance process activities * Manager: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams * Manager: Strong leadership skills and proven experience in team management
