As we scale, we’re growing our go\-to\-market team to accelerate long\-term growth and market impact. ### **Role Overview** As **Sales Manager**, you’ll lead a high\-performing team of Account Executives and play an active role in driving pipeline, closing strategic deals, and shaping our revenue strategy. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you’ll help build a scalable, metrics\-driven sales engine that thrives in a fast\-moving startup environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota\-carrying AEs * Generate outbound pipeline and support full\-funnel enterprise sales * Analyze call and deal performance using Gong.io to improve outcomes * Collaborate with Marketing and Product to fine\-tune messaging and GTM strategies * Track sales activity and forecast performance in Salesforce and HubSpot * Own and close strategic enterprise deals * Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world\-class sales team ### **What We’re Looking For** * 6\+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2\+ years in a sales leadership role * Proven success coaching teams to exceed quota in high\-growth settings * Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and $100K\+ ARR * Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and modern sales tech * Background in ad tech, marketing analytics, or data platform sales * Excellent communication skills and business acumen * Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours ### **Bonus Points** * Experience launching or expanding sales at an early\-stage startup * Familiarity with selling to marketing, analytics, or data teams
