**Customer Service Representative (Remote \- LATAM)** **Reports to:** Customer Service Manager **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** $1,500 – $1,700 USD/month **About the Role:** Latino Legends is proud to partner with a fast\-growing company in the fitness and wellness industry in its search for a **Customer Service Representative** based in Latin America. This fully remote role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic, people\-focused environment. **Job Summary:** The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong problem\-solving abilities and a customer\-first mindset, dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every interaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone * Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account\-related issues * Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary * Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns * Highlight recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve processes * Stay informed on products, services, and company policies **Requirements:** * Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) * Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role * Strong conflict\-resolution and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment * Excellent written and verbal communication * Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms * Flexible availability to support customers across different time zones * Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or health\-related fields is a plus **What’s Offered:** * Competitive monthly salary * Flexible, remote work environment * Opportunities for career development and professional growth * A positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
