At **Grupo Hasar** we are looking to incorporate a **Community Manager** to join our **Marketing** team We are seeking students or graduates of Graphic Design, Marketing or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Creation of monthly publishing calendars and content proposals. * Management and planning of social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). * Design of static and animated graphics for social media. * Editing of short videos and reels, adapted to different formats and platforms. * Production of internal interviews and institutional content for the Marketing department. * Monitoring comments, direct messages, and community interaction. * Tracking metrics and preparing performance reports. **Requirements** * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Ability to conduct interviews and capture audiovisual material. * Basic handling of cameras and microphones (desirable). * Knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms. * Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite). * Experience editing video content for reels, shorts, TikTok, etc. **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 **Work Location**: Zona Norte, Ricardo Rojas ***Join our team and grow your career!***
