




**Electrical Maintenance Manager** **Primary Purpose** Ensure equipment reliability by promoting electrical safety, cost efficiency, and staff engagement. Lead the optimization of electrical maintenance, review capital project needs, and drive cultural change to achieve world-class standards. The scope includes maintenance of electrical and control systems, ensuring equipment reliability, seed quality, and safety in production operations. **Your mission will be** * Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Conduct tests, inspections, and assessments to prevent failures, ensure protection against risks, and improve operational reliability. * Manage electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, process documentation, and technical support for the electrical team. * Increase asset availability to operate at designed production levels, optimizing costs and reducing downtime through reliability tools. * Apply predictive maintenance techniques and other methodologies to maximize the service life and performance of electrical and automation equipment. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions, ensuring high standards, eliminating downtime, and seeking efficiency improvements. * Support pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and start\-up activities for equipment and control systems. * Implement and manage activities within the Production System. * Propose and manage investment projects in coordination with the Projects and Reliability Supervisor, and collaborate on plant projects. * Define and manage the strategy for electrical spare parts inventory based on maintenance requirements. * Be responsible for safety, environmental, and quality management systems within the electrical maintenance area. * Manage development, training, and administrative aspects of unionized personnel. * Support the implementation of Asset Care and Maintenance 4\.0\. * Be responsible for Electrical Maintenance metrics: reporting, analysis, and action plans. * Administer the preparation of the electrical discipline budget and monitor associated costs. * Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements regarding electrical installations. **Unleash your potential** * University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations. * Strong competencies in electrical system design, analysis, and testing. * Ability to technically solve complex electrical problems. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Intermediate or advanced level of English. * Experience in maintenance processes, including participation and leadership of teams. * Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (5S, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Standardized Work, Visual Management, etc.). * Experience managing contractors. * High ability to lead and promote collaboration and innovation. **Application Period:** 17\-9\-2025 to 28\-9\-2025 **Division:** Crop Science **Location:** Rojas, Buenos Aires Province **Employment Type:** On-site Recruiter: Alejandro Condeme
