Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, self-managed, and results-oriented Street Sales Representative to develop a customer portfolio and visit retail establishments, with excellent communication skills. We seek a candidate eager for professional growth and possessing excellent communication skills, ready to join immediately. Main Responsibilities: Actively develop and deepen the customer portfolio within the assigned area. Conduct daily visits to wholesale and retail businesses: perfumeries, pharmacies, wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery stores, and kiosks. Identify new business opportunities and effectively follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat purchases (customer retention). Focus on achieving and exceeding the monthly sales targets set by the company. Profile Requirements (Mandatory): Personal transportation: A car or motorcycle in good condition for daily travel (Mandatory). Availability: Full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday. A highly proactive, committed, self-managed individual with excellent customer service skills. What We Offer: Compensation structure: Fixed salary during the adaptation period (3 months) + an excellent commission system based on achieved targets.
