




Job Summary: We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to oversee the entire digital operation—from product cataloging to commercial performance—for an online perfumery. Key Highlights: 1. We are a perfumery specializing in imported fragrances, K-beauty, makeup, skincare, and accessories, with an online sales channel. We seek someone who wants to take full ownership of the digital operation—from cataloging to commercial performance. What will be your mission? Manage the e-commerce platform in its daily operations, ensuring the channel remains active, well-organized, and sales-growing. What will you do? Administer the Tiendanube platform: product listings, pricing, inventory, variants, and promotions. Oversee the order flow from purchase to delivery, coordinating with logistics. Monitor key metrics: conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment rate, and channel margin. Implement commercial campaigns and coordinate content with the social media team. Manage payment methods, operational costs, and weekly performance reports. Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improvement in the digital channel. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics. Proficient and hands-on experience with Tiendanube (mandatory). Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads to support campaign execution. Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 for performance tracking. Intermediate-to-advanced level in Excel or Google Sheets. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented profile. Experience in K-beauty and familiarity with the Argentine digital beauty ecosystem are highly valued. What do we offer?
