The candidate will be responsible for leading brand expansion through the consolidation of new sales channels. Responsibilities . Design and implement commercial strategies aimed at opening and developing new sales channels. . Identify business opportunities and detect potential markets for the company's commercial expansion. . Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to define effective commercial actions. . Lead and support the sales team in implementing expansion strategies. . Design and implement commercial processes oriented toward the development of the sales department. Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercialization, or related fields. . Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. . Experience managing teams and leadership. . Advanced knowledge of Excel and KPI management. . Strategic and analytical thinking. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
